San Marcos

This is the southern coffee growing region of Nicaragua. It has a
perfect temperature of 70 F to 80 F all year long. At 1800 feet,
keep cool in otherwise very hot Nicaragua. It is a 30 minute drive
to the beach, Managua or Granada. This region is very green and
lush.
The house is decorated with period Nicaraguan antiques. Each room
has a brand new bed and mattress, cable television, and fan, and
opens to a beautiful patio filled with tropical plants. There is
common use of full kitchen equipped with the highest quality modern
appliances. Daily maid service is included in price. Laundry service
is available.
La Orquidea
La Orquidea is currently a bed and breakfast, with the Guesthouse
separate from the owners’ home. It could be easily used as a private
home, and use the guesthouse which also has two floors, for visiting
friends or family, or remain as it is, a business offering guests a
unique alternative to hospedajes or hotels. This property is being
sold with both houses as one unit. The guest house is appx.1500 SF.
The home is appx. 2000 SF.

and just 30 minutes away (on the new "motorway") from Managua. Very
